Charging two batteries simultaneously, this upgraded smart charger boasts six new features. Active current distribution (ACD) technology allows for the dynamic distribution of power. When one battery is fully charged, the new i2 switches all charging power to the remaining battery. Compatibility has been expanded to encompass 3.7V and 4.35V batteries in addition to 1.2V and 4.2V batteries. The V button enables users to set different voltages for each slot. IMR battery restoration will restore 0V depleted cells and the i2 now boasts Automatic Current Selection. Better still, 100% Charging acceleration enables the i2 to charge at up to 1000mAh current in one slot.
Safety features of this impressive charger include voltage monitoring, overtime charging protection and Automatic Intelligent Temperature Control to prevent overheating. The unit automatically detects non-rechargeable lithium batteries. It is fashioned from fire retardant and flame-resistant materials and is built to stand the test of time.
